LiftDemand, a service of Anton Digital LLC provides the following as our Service Level Agreement:

External Services

LiftDemand is a Managed Service Provider that relies upon service partners for core technologies.  As such, our Service Level Agreement for these services is simple: As a managed service provider, we work with our partners to ensure consistent access to our services. Should a problem arise, you can count on our team to aggressively advocate on your behalf to make certain the services are working properly as quickly as possible. We will offer refunds at our discretion based on the severity and length of service outage. However, there is inherent value in having us sweat the details so you don’t have to. Please bear this in mind.

This Service Level Agreement is part of your Agreement with Lift Demand, a service of Anton Digital LLC along with the Anton Digital LLC’s Terms of Service and is subject to the terms and conditions stated therein.
